Google Stadia – What you need to know
In this article I will tell you more about the newest Cloud Gaming platform by Google.
Google Stadia is the name of Google’s streaming platform which will allow people to stream and play games on any devices up to 4k, 60fps quality, 5.1 Dolby and will support HDR.
This game changing platform (Yes, pun intended!) will allow gamers to play any games for a monthly subscription fee. You will be able to play on any device that supports the Stadia features and the quality of streaming will depend on your internet connection. Google also states that in the future it will be possible to stream at 8K quality and 120fps. Insane!

Something that is really interesting to me is that Google Stadia will make it very easy to capture and share your favourite gaming moments on YouTube. Google will also introduce a feature called Crowd Play, in which a YouTuber playing a game on live stream can invite the audience to join him/her through Google Stadia. Another cool feature is the one that will allow gamers to play a game with just the click of one button while they are watching a trailer. For example, if you are watching the trailer of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, you can just click the Google Stadia button and start playing!
